Manages a unique team producing probably the biggest amount of content for a single brand in Poland. She is an expert in the field of guides, insights and reviews but lately what absorbs her the most is video production. In Allegro Group she is responsible for, among others, Legendy Polskie project, thematic video channels and shopping guides for the whole service.

CEO at 4FUN Media S.A., which has among its assets TV channels, Bridge2Fun advertising agency and Screen Network. Rafał has 20 years of experience in media and marketing communication. He is an expert in marketing strategy, planning multichannel campaigns, event organising, sponsoring, celebrity advertising, music marketing and change management. He realized landmark campaigns connected with brand promotion for Play, Orange, mBank and many others. He has been a recipient of many awards and professional distinctions (multiple EFFIE, two times Agency of the Year award and many more). Rafał managed Polish and international advertising agencies. Previously, he held a CEO position at Grey Group Polska and before that he worked as a CMO at BMG Music and Sony Music Entertainment.
CONTENT IN THE SERVICE OF BRAND PROMOTION – SHOWMAX IN POLAND.
The most effective marketing message is currently being delivered through the production of a movie content that tells a moving story. Emotional engagement in a brand is easier to achieve through a complex history, rather than a short message. These productions, made by the greatest names in the film world, engage the viewer and at the same time - without over-branding - perfectly raise the brand's awareness. The achieved results make content production an increasingly popular marketing tool; and at the same time, many well received artistic projects are being created. An example of the trend and effectiveness of such a campaign is the recent launch of the paid VOD Showmax service in Poland.
Started her professional career working for HBO as Polish Film Production Manager at HBO Poland. Following, she has spent several years working at TVP and TVN. Dorota Kośmicka is the co-producer of TVN and ATM latest hit production “Druga Szansa”. She also produced “Rodzinka.pl”, “Ja to mam szczęście” for TVP and “Niania”, “Hela w opałach”, “Camera Café” for TVN. Dorota was one of the producers for the tv series „Londyńczycy”, „Tancerze”, „Czas Honoru” and „Kasia i Tomek”. She co-produced several HBO movies, such as: „Szczęśliwego Nowego Jorku:, „Weiser”, „Operacja Samum”, „Na koniec świata” and „Tartak” (TVP). Dorota has won several international and polish awards and she was a 2012 Wiktor award nominee. She was also voted “Elle’s” Personality of the Year. In 2010, Dorota was amongst the 100 Women of the Year chosen by the monthly periodical “Pani” and one of the most influential Women in Showbiz in 2013. She is a member of the Polish Producers Chamber and the Polish Filmmakers Association. Her latest project – produced by TVN and DGA Studio – is the tv series “Diagnoza” starring Maja Ostaszewska, Maciej Zakościelny and Adam Woronicz. The series is directed by Xawery Żuławski.

IT engineer, UI/UX designer, passionate about agile philosophy. He graduated in computer science and it was during his studies when he has developed his passion for design. He is the head of design at Senfino, turning business requirements and customer needs into functional and beautiful products in a nimble way. His portfolio includes such products as PizzaPortal, Psoon, 4FunApp, eFan24 (the project won the PMI Poland Chapter 2015 award in the category of Agile Management) and the New York-based startup Shop Gallery. In addition to his regular work, he also develops the Senfino Labs department, which explores the technologies that may be implemented in business sometime in the future.
